Account Director

KEEN Creative is a full-service strategic marketing agency based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, with over 20 years of experience. Our diverse team includes digital marketers, graphic designers, web developers, photographers, and videographers, all driven by a shared passion for creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of complex strategic projects and campaigns aligned to client objectives and agency standards.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Mentor and develop the account team through collaboration and training opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and agency strategies.
  • Provide administrative and project management support to our marketing, creative, and web teams.
  • Daily coordination of projects to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Manage and schedule meetings, organize brainstorm ideas, complete research, and be the go-to keeper of information.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and KEEN's finance team to set up billing information and provide regular updates for invoicing purposes.
  • Send regular project updates to clients regarding scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their goals, collect their feedback, and help update project details.
  • Management and tracking of brand and marketing assets & inventory.
  • Coordinate project timelines and resources based on the scope and team capacity and project milestones.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in client services or account management within a marketing agency or in account management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client accounts and campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels and best practices.
