Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of strategic projects and campaigns aligned to client objectives and agency standards.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Mentor and develop the account team through collaboration and training opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and agency strategies.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including developing client proposals and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Provide an exceptional client experience by being a relationship builder, keeping timelines and budget at the forefront, and always working to achieve client goals.
  • Provide administrative and project management support to our marketing, creative, and web teams.
  • Daily coordination of projects to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Manage and schedule meetings, organize brainstorm ideas, complete research, and be the go-to keeper of information.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the operations team to communicate goals, expectations, and client requests.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and KEEN's finance team to set up billing information and provide regular updates for invoicing purposes.
  • Send regular project updates to clients regarding scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their goals, collect their feedback, and help update project details.
  • Management and tracking of brand and marketing assets & inventory.
  • Coordinate project timelines and resources based on the scope and team capacity and project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in client services or account management within a marketing agency or in account management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client accounts and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels and best practices.
