Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Mayfair Clubs. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and network infrastructure
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to design and implement new applications and software
  • Supervise and train junior technical support staff
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and network infrastructure
