Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

Nexuswave Inc is seeking a skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting computer issues, and maintaining a problems and solutions log.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance
  • Consult user guides and technical manuals to research and implement solutions
  • Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and able to work under pressure
  • Client focus and team player
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the field of employment
  • Experience an asset
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required. Work under pressure and sitting for extended periods.
