Orthodontic Sales Coordinator

Canadian Orthodontic Partners is seeking a dynamic Sales and Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Oakville & Mississauga, ON. As a Sales and Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping build self-esteem, one beautiful smile at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new clients with a friendly and enthusiastic approach, ensuring they feel welcomed, accommodated, and always encounter a 5-star experience.
- Determine clients' dental concerns and goals to a healthy, beautiful smile.
- Manage all client calls and inquiries, guiding educational conversations about treatment options and providing necessary support and information.
- Present treatment options, review payment plans, and answer questions to motivate clients to start their orthodontic journey.
- Manage potential cancellations and overcome objections to motivate clients to keep their appointments.
- Optimize the appointment schedule to ensure a full day with minimal gaps, ensuring all clients leave with their next appointment booked.
- Track and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting to motivate clients to start their smile journey.
Requirements:
- Sales experience is required.
- Customer Relationship Management is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable verbal and written communication.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Dental experience is considered an asset but not required.
