Drive Digital Transformation in Dental Technology

Evident, a leading dental outsource partner, seeks a visionary leader to revolutionize how dental professionals and labs do business. As Head of Digital Growth, you will develop and execute our e-commerce strategy, optimizing the customer journey and driving online sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Oversee all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including website design, user experience, product merchandising, and order fulfillment.
  • Lead the ecommerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Analyze data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in e-commerce leadership, preferably in a B2B or healthcare setting.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Passion for driving digital transformation and innovation in the dental industry.
