Drive Digital Growth and Revolutionize Dental Business
Nimbyx, a leading dental outsource partner, is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our digital transformation and e-commerce strategy. As the Head of E-commerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce plan to drive revenue and growth, while optimizing the customer journey and online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement E-commerce Strategy: Create a data-driven e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
- Oversee E-commerce Platform: Manage all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including website design, user experience, product merchandising, and order fulfillment, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Lead E-commerce Team: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance within the e-commerce team, driving results through effective leadership and communication.
- Analyze Data and Insights: Utilize data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, driving business growth and revenue.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing, applying knowledge to drive business success.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and product development teams to ensure alignment and drive business results.
Qualifications:
- Proven E-commerce Leadership: Demonstrate a proven track record of success in e-commerce leadership, preferably in a B2B or healthcare setting.
- E-commerce Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable insights, driving business growth and revenue.
- Exceptional Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills, inspiring and motivating teams to drive results.
- Passion for Digital Transformation: Show a passion for driving digital transformation and innovation in the dental industry.
