Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Wisdom Property Management Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for hiring and training a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

The supervisor will oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

The Cleaning Supervisor will conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our properties meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Recommend Additional Services

The supervisor will identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend these to management.

Maintain Financial Records

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including receipts and invoices.

Assist Cleaners

The supervisor will assist cleaners in performing their duties, providing guidance and support as needed.

Establish Work Schedules

The Cleaning Supervisor will establish work schedules for the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years
