We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at ELSHAHIR CLEANING CORP.

Job Summary:

The Cleaning Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas that require attention and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
