About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at ELSHAHIR CLEANING CORP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Task Management: Establish and manage work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all cleaning equipment is in good working order and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring regular lifting, bending, and standing
  • Work Conditions: Repetitive tasks and physically demanding work environment
