Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Organizer to cultivate and grow our immigrant base via strategic data management and digital communications. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across teams to ensure administrative support for executing organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Data Management & Database Support (50%):
    • Manage data entry and pulls within organizing CRM, including accurately inputting event attendee lists and other post-event data.
    • Support voter contact data and tracking systems, ensuring volunteer and voter data gets migrated from VAN into NationBuilder weekly.
    • Prepare and pull accurate member and post-event data for program staff, guiding outreach efforts.
    • Meet biweekly with program staff to collect and provide lists and reports.
    • Produce monthly reports on organizing and recruitment/outreach work.
  • Leadership Development (25%):
    • Develop ladders of engagement and strategies to cultivate the base, collaborating with organizers and program staff.
    • Partner with organizers to strengthen leader connections and track follow-up with grassroots leaders.
    • Join cross-table meetings and coordinate with teams about leadership opportunities.
    • Develop online-to-offline organizing strategies for issue campaigns and candidate elections.
    • Collaborate between program teams to support base-building efforts.
  • Digital Communications (25%):
    • Strategize and execute high-impact digital tactics to change the narrative and reach growth goals.
    • Organize online supporters for offline actions and integrate them into campaigns.
    • Collaborate with Communications, Field, Political, and Development staff to develop campaign concepts and produce content.
    • Use analytics to optimize online campaigns and content for bigger impact.
    • Lead digital organizing strategies to bring in new members and leaders.

  • Estimated salary: $58,000 - $61,000 per year.
