Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at EightSix Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, leveraging their expertise in SEO, social media, and email marketing.

This is a full-time position based in Leamington, ON, with the possibility of occasional travel to Delta, OH, or Laredo, TX.

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Strategist will report to the Marketing Department and work closely with the management team to create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategy development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, campaign setup, tagging, creative asset management, and reporting.
  • Maintain and strengthen the organization's brand identity across all digital media platforms.
  • Work with internal teams to develop necessary imagery and graphic elements for digital campaigns and website.
  • Stay up-to-date on current technologies, trends, and best practices through continuing education and research.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced digital marketing professional with a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the field. Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digitally oriented marketing role.
  • A university degree in Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team, including coaching, employee development, and achieving performance goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, active listening skills, and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle as needed.
  • Ability to maintain respectful relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.
Compensation Package

The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
