Job SummaryThis role requires a strategic and operational leader who can drive performance management, team leadership, and client engagement across multiple programs and sites. As Manager of musculoskeletal (MSK) and Rapid Assessment Clinics (RAC), you will analyze operational performance metrics to deliver continuous improvement and meet/exceed contractual requirements.

Our mission is to provide exceptional healthcare services with a rehabilitation and disability management focus to the public and a broad network of B2B and B2C customers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive results delivery across programs and sites
- Identify deficits and gaps and address performance risks
- Analyze operational performance metrics to deliver continuous improvement and meeting/exceeding contractual requirements
- Collaborate with a diverse team of clinical and administrative professionals to achieve program and organizational goals
- Baccalaureate degree in Business or Health related field required; Master's degree or current registration in a Graduate program preferred
- Exceptional time management with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to a diversity and inclusion lens in all areas of leadership
