Job Summary

ZMP FOOD INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate food service staff, maintaining accurate records of staff performance and development.
  • Inventory and Scheduling: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining accurate records of stock and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
