Emedel Holding Inc. is seeking a skilled Mortgage Consultant to join our team. As a Mortgage Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial objectives by providing expert advice on mortgage solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients in identifying and addressing their financial needs, completing credit and loan documentation, and promoting the sale of credit and loan services. You will also be responsible for researching and evaluating loan applicants' financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay loans. Additionally, you will review and update credit and loan files, submit credit and loan applications to management, and work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives. If you have a strong background in finance and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist clients in identifying and addressing their financial needs
* Complete credit and loan documentation
* Promote the sale of credit and loan services
* Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay loans

* Submit credit and loan applications to management

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
