About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Consultant to join our team at Emedel Holding Inc. As a Mortgage Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial objectives by providing expert advice on mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in identifying and addressing their financial needs, including business expansion, debt management, and investment goals.
  • Conduct thorough credit and loan evaluations to determine the best course of action for clients.
  • Interview loan applicants to assess their financial status and creditworthiness.
  • Process and submit credit and loan applications to management for review and approval.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely communication with clients throughout the loan process.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as banking or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
