We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Consultant to join our team at Emedel Holding Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to assist clients in achieving their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, and investment.
  • Complete credit and loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Interview applicants for loans, evaluating their financial status, references, and credit history.
  • Open new personal and non-personal accounts, providing access to automated banking services.
  • Promote the sale of credit and loan services, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay loans.
  • Review and update credit and loan files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Submit credit and loan applications to management for review and approval.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
