Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Analyst to join our team at Living Spaces. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of our supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Operational Reporting: Develop and maintain operational reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Carrier Management: Interface with carriers to negotiate rates and ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting tools to track and analyze supply chain data, including order processing, billing, invoicing, shipment tracking, purchasing, and distribution.
  • Supplier Management: Coordinate and manage supplier QBR meetings to ensure compliance with service agreements and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or business analyst role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel, and experience with ERP platforms and data analysis tools.
