Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

B.C. LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that products are stored and retrieved efficiently.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Logistics and Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs). They will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
