Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Representative to join our Global Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team at Ecolab. As a Territory Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive cleaning and sanitation program to our QSR customers in the Sudbury and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair chemical dispensing, dishwasher, and water filtration systems to ensure proper function and appearance.
  • Grow sales and retain existing customers by merchandizing solutions and providing service excellence.
  • Gain new sales through new products and customers.
  • Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high-quality surveys.
  • Complete Value Visit surveys based on customer visit frequency and provide feedback and coaching to support store needs.
  • Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations.
  • Complete Serv-Safe training and become certified.
  • Develop and enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently and maintaining your own schedule.

Position Details

This is a field-based position that requires travel to the following locations and surrounding areas: Sudbury, Lindsay, Sault Ste Marie, Orillia. Applicants must live in Sudbury or close surrounding areas.

Overnight travel: Approximately 2 times per month.

Weekend rotation: Rotating weekend coverage based on customer needs (once every 11 weeks).

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma. Post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1-2 years of food industry experience preferred. New graduates welcome.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Availability to provide emergency call assistance, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays.
  • Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings.
  • No Immigration Sponsorship available.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination may be required at some customer sites.
Physical Demands

Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly.
