Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain performance and reduce costs
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services
  • Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, ordering, and storage
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the supply chain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize supply chain operations
  • Develop and manage budgets for supply chain-related expenses
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supply chain management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices
  • Proven track record of improving supply chain performance and reducing costs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Physical Demands:

The Supply Chain Manager must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Some travel may be required to visit suppliers and vendors.
