Job Title: Water Park Supervisor

Job Summary:

OPSIS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water Park Supervisor to join our team. As a Water Park Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aquatic facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of lifeguards and other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the water park, including the management of staff, facilities, and equipment.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff, and respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the water park.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Lead and motivate a team of lifeguards and other staff members to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve the water park experience.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and management experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. recreation, hospitality, business) an asset.
