Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany Residents on Outdoor Activities

Assist residents in participating in outdoor recreational activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Provide Personal Care

Perform various personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure residents' comfort and dignity.

Monitor Health and Wellness

Take residents' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, to monitor their health and well-being.

Supervise Exercise Routines

Assist residents in maintaining their physical fitness through exercise routines, promoting their overall health and well-being.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

Previous experience in a care-related field is an asset.

Certifications

Mandt System training and CPR Certificate are required.

Personal Qualities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client care and dependability.
