Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at MBMR AUTO SERVICE INC. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Sales Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to meet sales targets.
- Authorize Sales Transactions: Approve sales transactions, including processing payments and handling customer complaints.
- Manage Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process, including ordering merchandise, managing inventory, and resolving customer issues.
- Establish Sales Goals: Set and achieve sales targets, and develop strategies to meet or exceed them.
- Supervise Sales Team: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
