We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at HealX Medical Centre & Urgent Care.
About the RoleAs a Family Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans to address a wide range of health issues.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to identify health concerns and develop effective treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations to diagnose and treat various health conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses.
- Prescribe and administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as needed to promote patient health and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in family medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
