We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Singh & Johal Medicine Professional Corporation.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans to address a wide range of health issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze medical information from patients and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct thorough medical examinations to diagnose and treat various health conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans to promote patient health and well-being
- Order diagnostic tests and procedures as needed to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as necessary
- Provide education and support to patients on healthy habits and lifestyle choices
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in family medicine
- Permanent employment
- 40 to 50 hours per week
- English language proficiency
