About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Director to lead our Supplier Technology team. As a key member of our Experience Design team, you will be responsible for driving the design of our supplier technology platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute design strategies for supplier technology platforms, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centered design principles are applied.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our design practices.
  • Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across our platforms.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on technology and supplier platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering high-quality design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
