Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our Project Delivery team as a Project Manager, based out of our Lower Mainland offices in British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient coordination and delivery of transmission and substation projects for major utility clients.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $87,000 and $134,000, depending on skills, experience, and potential impact on the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and technical execution plans.
  • Mange technical requirements and ensure successful project scope delivery.
  • Identify client needs and tailor work activities accordingly.
  • Cultivate resource allocation, promote staff development, and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • University degree or higher with 6+ years of experience delivering complex projects.
  • Professional Registration: CAPM and/or PMP designation or the ability to acquire within one year of employment.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects on schedule, budget, and to high quality standards in a client design consultant environment.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
