Main Responsibilities:- Client Service: Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and updates to their insurance contracts, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Sales and Marketing: Establish personalized telephone contact with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to the sale of home or auto insurance policies. Educate and advise clients on our products, adhering to our company's underwriting policies.
- Sales Opportunities: Seize all sales opportunities, solicitation, and product offers to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to clients and prospects to develop leads and close sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our agent to meet office sales goals and develop leads via the telephone and in person.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a sense of urgency to produce sales and service clients 100% of the time, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Education: University degree or college diploma.
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing sales.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive problem solver with the ability to get things done and be resourceful.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to clients over the phone and in person.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must have OTL or RIBO license and be able to obtain LLQP (LIFE) within 10 weeks of hire.
