Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and interventions related to patients' occupational performance
- Work collaboratively with the Chief Occupational Therapist and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
