Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and interventions to support clients' occupational performance
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote functional independence and optimal health outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet clients' needs
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote healthy habits and lifestyle changes
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
- Eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
