The Executive Chef will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Plan and develop menus that meet the needs of our customers and ensure high-quality ingredients are used.

  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruit and hire kitchen staff as needed.

The Executive Chef will also be responsible for ensuring that all food preparation and handling practices meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid certification in food safety and handling.
