Job Title: Senior Finance and Administration Executive

Centurion Trucking Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance and Administration Executive to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of the organization's resources.
  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the administration of the organization's human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including financial and tax laws.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance and administration role.
  • Proven track record of success in financial and administrative leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
