About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. in a permanent position.

Job Description
  • The successful candidate will supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
  • This role involves assigning duties, hiring and training staff, managing cash, overseeing payroll administration, and conducting performance reviews.
  • In addition, the Sales Supervisor will be responsible for ordering merchandise, authorizing payments, and resolving issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or sales management
