Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve our customers in a professional and courteous manner, both on the telephone and in person, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Work collaboratively with our drivers, warehousing staff, and other corporate partners to resolve problem shipments and equipment challenges.
  • Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with our customers, vendors, and other stakeholders through effective communication and a proactive approach.
  • Technology Assisting: Assist customers with shipping details and account challenges using our technology systems.
  • Cash Reconciliation: Perform cash reconciliation, including deposits and key control, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
