About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Administrative Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Bryan Gelman Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into various systems, maintaining databases, and performing general office duties.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining high levels of precision and attention to detail.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Perform regular backup procedures to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.
  • Perform general office duties, including tasks such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
  • Classify, label, and store diskettes, disks, and tapes containing data, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Transfer handwritten data to digital formats using Excel or Word documents, streamlining data entry processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in data entry or a related field is an asset.
Work Setting

This position will be based in a health care institution, facility, or clinic environment.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Word, MS Windows, and MS Outlook.
Security and Safety
  • A criminal record check will be required prior to employment.
