Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary:
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Toronto. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into various systems, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classify and enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
  • Verify and correct data for accuracy and completeness
  • Inspect reports and sheets of data for errors or inconsistencies
  • Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content
  • Search websites for information and seek further clarification on incomplete documents

Requirements:

Required skills and experience:

  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize needs
  • Substantial computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • Comprehensive knowledge of database management systems
  • Proven typing accuracy
