Childcare Program Assistant - Young Buddies Club Ltd.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at the Young Buddies Club Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced early childhood educators to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children aged [0-12] years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including daycare equipment.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, teaching songs and preparing crafts.
  • Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • Reliable and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Honesty and values ethics.
Language of Work:

English.

Work Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week.
