Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Sandbox Early Learning. As an assistant to our early childhood educators, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of our young students.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Program Development: Collaborate with our educators to design and implement engaging programs that promote the overall well-being of our children.
  • Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records of our students' progress and development.
  • Engagement Activities: Plan and execute activities that stimulate our children's curiosity and creativity, such as storytelling, singing, and craft-making.
  • Personal Care: Support our children in developing essential life skills, including eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Snack Preparation and Environment Setup: Prepare healthy snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Observations: Submit written observations on our students to our educators or supervisors.

Certifications and Benefits:
