Job Title: Early Childhood Assistant

At Tiny Steps Childcare Ltd, we are seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Assistant to join our team. As an Early Childhood Assistant, you will assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist early childhood educators in creating and implementing engaging and educational programs for children.
- Assist in keeping records of children's progress and development.
- Engage children in various activities, such as storytelling, singing, and creative play.
- Guide and assist children in developing good eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
- Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
- Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators.
- Attend staff meetings to discuss children's progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in early childhood education.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of communication.
- 40 hours per week.
