Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a C-Store Clerk. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions through the Point-of-Sale system, including carwash, lottery, and tobacco sales
- Stock and face products within the store
- Perform general C-store duties, including housekeeping, opening, and closing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
