About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy in Humboldt, SK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including cash handling, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop product knowledge and learn about new products to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote the store throughout the neighbourhood.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service and cashiering experience is an asset.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with customers.
  • Excellent product or service knowledge.
  • Mature and cooperative attitude.
