As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will work directly with our Director of Finance, applying your knowledge to oversee and improve financial workflows, policies and procedures across our business. You will have an active role in project and firm finances, leveraging your experience and professionalism to support a wide range of tasks that are both client and staff facing.
You must build a comprehensive understanding of our ERP software (Deltek Ajera), becoming a resource and champion for its use and understanding. This includes an emphasis and enthusiasm for working with Job Captains, Project Managers and Leadership to ensure best practices are being followed and that we are leveraging the capabilities of its use.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor project budgets, track and analyze project costs to identify variances and trends.
- Generate comprehensive project cost reports and review financial performance and profitability to support informed decision-making in alignment with project goals.
