As a Financial Services Professional at RBC Dominion Securities, you can help your clients achieve their financial goals, while we support you in reaching yours. You'll have the opportunity to develop a successful business, leveraging our resources and expertise to provide exceptional service to your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, providing personalized financial planning and investment advice.
  • You will leverage RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for your clients.
  • You will foster trusted, long-term relationships with your clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their financial objectives.

Requirements:

  • You have 4-6 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of success in a commission-based environment.
  • You have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will prior to your start date.
  • You have a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
  • You have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
