Executive Chef

Rustica Pizza Vino Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality food standards, managing kitchen operations, and supervising a team of 5-10 people.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You will be responsible for planning menus, requisitioning food and supplies, and ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to cooking staff
- Create new recipes
- Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Manage kitchen operations
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
