About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Railway Operations Supervisor to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and coordination skills, with a focus on managing flagging schedules and coordinating activities between internal and external parties.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in railway operations, a valid driver's license, and experience supervising a unionized workforce.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the weekly schedule for the flagging group
  • Coordinating schedules and duties between internal and external parties
  • Providing daily support to the Flagging Supervisor by assisting in all flagging protection activities over the assigned territory

Our ideal candidate will have advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and a comprehensive knowledge of construction and maintenance operating rules, engineering standards, and engineering operation measures.
