Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide assistance and support to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Co-ordinate Activities with Other Work Units or Departments: Collaborate with other departments and work units to ensure seamless communication and effective coordination of activities.
  • Prepare and Submit Progress Reports: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise, Co-ordinate and Schedule Activities of Workers: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the security team.
Requirements:
  • Security Guard License: Possess a valid Security Guard License.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Work Under Pressure: Work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in high-stress situations.
  • Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus, ensuring the safety and security of clients and their properties.
  • Excellent Oral Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills, able to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility, adapting to changing situations and priorities as needed.
  • Organized: Be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.

Language: English

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
