Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at the Northern Star Hotel & Convention Center.
Responsibilities:- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities.
- Laundry and Linen: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
- General Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers, address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
