Job Description

The Department of Surgery at Mackenzie Health is seeking a skilled Vascular Surgeon to support the organization's goal of becoming a Level 3 Vascular Centre. The successful candidate will work with a strong, supportive, and collegial group of colleagues in a two-site community hospital organization committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive clinical services.

Estimated Salary

$300,000 - $450,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the growth and development of vascular services
  • Provide exceptional patient care through diagnosis and treatment of various vascular diseases
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality improvement goals
Requirements
  • Medical degree from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) required
  • Postgraduate training in Vascular Surgery
  • Certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (FRCSC)
  • Canadian Medical Protection Association or equivalent membership
