Job OverviewThis role involves delivering exceptional service to customers through comprehensive program management. You will define and execute project plans from start to finish, working closely with customers to guarantee program success.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, overseeing lifetime value and ensuring subscription revenue growth;
- Define compliance programs, collaborate with Program Support teams to achieve client milestones;
- Analyze program results, identifying opportunities for improvement with the Program Support teams;
- Support Sales in renewal management, meeting targets and driving business growth;
- Possess intermediate regulatory knowledge, consulting with clients on program direction;
- Work with Product Management to enhance product offerings, processes, and tools;
- Input and maintain up-to-date communications with Assent clients in the CRM.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
- A University, College, or Post Graduate Certificate in a related field;
- Minimum 3 years related work experience in customer success, project management, or consulting roles;
- Working knowledge of consultative customer management and/or project management roles;
- Solid interpersonal skills, with ability to build stable relationships;
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, prioritizing multiple asks for various stakeholders;
- Strong critical thinking, suggesting efficient operations and supporting implementation;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications.
